Is Domovita a rental agency?
No. I’m an independent apartment-search service, paid by you. I don’t own the apartments or receive commission from landlords or agencies.
Can we do this before I arrive in Italy?
Yes — that’s exactly what Domovita is for. We work remotely in English or Russian, and I handle the Italian side of the search.
Can you guarantee an apartment?
No honest service can guarantee a landlord’s decision. I provide researched options and clear information. If your budget doesn’t fit the market, I’ll tell you before you pay.
When do I pay?
After we agree on the package. Payment is by bank transfer, Revolut or card link, with an invoice. Concierge is half at the start and half when the shortlist arrives.
What if I don’t know which package I need?
Tell me your city and dates. I’ll help you choose, and if Essential is enough, I’ll say so.
