Are you an agency?
No. I'm one person, paid by you, with no commission from any landlord or agency. That's the whole point.
Which languages do we work in?
English or Russian, whichever you prefer. I read and write the Italian side so you never have to.
How long does a search take?

Can you guarantee I get an apartment?
No honest person can. I guarantee real options, real numbers and no time wasted on listings that were never going to work.
Do you cover cities outside Milan?
Milan and northern Italy are where I know the ground best. Ask about anywhere else and I'll tell you honestly.
